Refund policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we offer a 30-day store credit policy for eligible items, sorry no cash refunds. Here are the details:

  1. Timeframe: You have 30 days from the date of purchase to return an eligible item for store credit.

  2. Condition of item: The item must be unused and in its original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.

  3. Amount of store credit: The amount of store credit you will receive will be the purchase price of the item, minus any discounts, taxes, or shipping fees.

  4. How to return an item: To return an item, please contact our customer service team at and they will guide you through the process and send you an RMA number.

  5. Restrictions: Store credit cannot be redeemed for cash and can only be used towards future purchases at our store.

  6. Returns will be processed within 5 business days of receipt.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging. 


Please Note:

* To ensure a refund for store credit is processed for you, please send returns to the address provided along with your RMA number. The RMA number must be clearly written on the package that you are sending back. Our shipping department is not allowed to accept any packages without an RMA number.


Damages

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exchanges
Unfortunately we don't accept exchanges. The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
